This will only take effect for characters that already have physics.
There are quite a few NPC's appearances that do not have physics so this will not add them.
Mesh mods, or appearance mods should work without issue. Even ones that modify nude bodies, just not the ent file.
Conflicts will really be limited to torso ent files.
Texture mods, such as the 4K ones, work fine.
This will conflict with mods that update character torso entities.
