Instant Kill Rune

By: thril1 Overview This mod was designed to add a unique feature to the game  during the regular course of your gameplay. The mod replaces three rune effects in the game: the original Triglav Rune stun effect with the instant kill effect, the Stribog Rune stagger effect with a critical hit % increase effect, and the Perun focus gain effect with a critical damage bonus effect. Originally, this mod was developed with game version 1. 07 of TW3. Please follow all of the instructions in the ReadMe.txt file to minimize any possible errors that may arise during the installation process. Compatibility This mod should be compatible with game version 1. 07+ as long as the "def_item_upgrades.txt" file does not change in any of the future software updates. For example, the addition, modification, or removal of any rune or glyph types.

Conflicts This mod will conflict with any other mod that modifies the "def_item_upgrades.xml" file located inside of the patch.bundle that can be found in the "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Install Directory\content\patch0\bundles" directory.

INSTALLATION STEPS Getting Started 1. Download the mod file. 2. Navigate to the "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Install Directory\content\patch0\bundles" directory. 3. Make a backup of the original "patch.bundle" file. 4. Extract the downloaded mod into the current directory "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Install Directory\content\patch0\bundles". 5. Double-click on the "InstantKillRune.bat" file to RUN it (Note: You may need to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR). 6. Let quickbms work it's magic, and press ENTER when it is fi
