📋 About This Mod
Next gen version of my original mod: Here
This mod is intended for those who believe that it makes no sense to have half of the Skellige quests' levels set lower than 16 when this is the suggested level for Destination: Skellige. Quests where there is a bigger level difference from a chronologically earlier quest were changed as well and where it made sense to me. I also increased the levels in rewards.xml, so you should earn full XP if you're not 5+ levels above the newly changed suggested levels. Fistfights weren’t changed because they aren’t affected by ±5 level difference.
List of changed quests (number in brackets is the original level and the number behind the new level):
-
[]Novigrad Dreaming (7): 10
[
]Haunted House (7): 10[]A Favor for Radovid (9): 12 (actually set to lvl 12, but not in the journal)

Use Script Merger to resolve any potential conflicts.
Installation:
Simply put the mod folder in your Witcher 3 directory/mods. If this is your first mod, then just create a new folder called "mods" or "Mods" and put it in there. Mod Manager will probably work too. To uninstall, simply delete the mod.
Special Thanks:
To paulr0013 who taught me how to edit quest levels. Thanks, bud!

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 257 endorsements and over 37k downloads
- Fixes level curve inconsistencies for smoother progression
- Lightweight tweak that doesn't overhaul the game
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects Skellige and some other quests, not a global rebalance
- Last updated in 2023, may not be compatible with future patches
- No detailed documentation on which quests are changed
For Witcher 3 players who want a more logical quest progression in Skellige and dislike out-of-order level spikes. Skip if you prefer the original leveling or use overhaul mods that already rebalance quests.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Place the mod files in your 'Mods' folder in the game directory, or use a mod manager like Vortex for easier installation.
- Check if you have other quest rebalance mods installed, as they may conflict with this one.
- Start a new playthrough or load a save before entering Skellige to see the changes take effect.
