Ive tested it a little bit and it seems to work great so far with no issues. I am not a modder and this is my first time doing something like this. Honestly I just fooled around with what made sense and it worked.
INSTALLATION:
Download and install Gervant First Person and Smooth Movement
Delete modGFP_MouseWheelWalkSpeed in the mods folder
Copy the patch file contents and paste in game directory
Replace file when prompted
Run script merger
Write SmoothMovement to the new merge file
Save and close
Thats all, it should work!
