📋 About This Mod
In vanilla game if you are several levels above monster/npc you get only 2 XP for killing it. This mod changes that, so you get full intended XP.
- --------------5. 9. 2016. EDIT:---------------------
- Added different files for different game versions so that the mod uses scripts from actual newer game version, even though mod version 1. 24 works on game versions 1. 30 and 1. 31. This way I'm sure that any changes/patches made by CDPR to original file are applied in this mod.
- I haven't noticed any bugs or issues when using mod version 1. 24 on game versions 1. 30 or 1. 31.
- --------------8. 9. 2016. EDIT:-----------------------------
- Added optional mod which removes "XP scaling with" difficulty.
- In vanilla game all gained XP is multiplied by fixed number, which number it is depends on difficulty you are playing on.
- For easy: 1. 2; for normal: 1. 0 (no scaling); for hard: 0. 9; for death march: 0. 8. That's what I mean by "XP scaling with difficulty".
- I removed that.
------------------------------------------------------
I created this mod using a guide in description of cantorsdust's Full Monster Experience mod, because original mod is not compatible with game versions above 1. 21. This is compatible with 1. 24, 1. 30 and 1. 31 edition.
Installation: Copy "Full Monster Experience" folder in Witcher 3/mods.
Uninstallation: Delete "Full Monster Experience" folder from Witcher 3/mods.
THIS MOD IS IN CONFLICT WITH JakeKimber09's Beatable Guards mod. Fortunately Script Merger can resolve it automaticly. It is most likely in conflict with some other mods as well ( I know about confliuct with this mod because I'm using it. ) Always check for conflict with Script Merger, when installing new mods.
Thanks to everyone who downloaded this mod, if you like it please endorse. Have fun!
Thaks to Stasikusm for fix to scalling enemies bug in comments of original mod. And of course huge thanks to cantorsdust for original mod and a guide for how to update original mod.
Feel free to use this mod how ever you like.
Full Monster Experience mod removes the XP penalty for killing low-level monsters, granting full XP regardless of your level. A simple tweak for players who want to level up by grinding weaker enemies without the usual XP reduction.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 1,091 endorsements and 28,032 downloads.
- Makes grinding low-level mobs actually worthwhile for XP.
- Lightweight tweak that doesn't overhaul the game's mechanics.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2016 — may be outdated for current game versions.
- Only affects XP from low-level monsters; no other gameplay changes.
For players who enjoy grinding lower-level areas without feeling like they're wasting time. Also for completionists who want to level up by clearing every monster in the game. Skip if you're looking for a more comprehensive overhaul or if you prefer challenging high-level content.
