FCR3 Followers' Nerfed Damage

Inspired by a conversation in the FCR3 comments (thank you, B4RD0), this mod brings three ways to lower the damage of allied characters to a value similar to Next-Gen.

Flash added a minimal damage check and additional buffs to witchers and sorceresses (he explains it in the FCR3 description).

First one: Damage capped at 1/6 (of Geralt's damage), minimal damage imposed, special buffs for witchers and sorceresses on

Second one: Damage capped at 1/6, minimal damage isn't imposed, special buffs for witchers and sorceresses off

Third one: Damage capped at 1/6, minimal damage isn't imposed, special buffs for witchers and sorceresses on

I recommend the first option as the most straightforward and simply working, the followers will still deal more damage than in vanilla, but it won't be FCR3's full damage value.

B4RD0 for an immense help and inspiration to bring a more balanced approach to the followers damage in FCR3

And a special dedication, in the memory of a Polish actor, Krzysztof Banaszyk, who voiced the witcher's friend, companion, brother-in-arms or rival - Vernon Roche, in the Polish VO of The Witcher 2 and The Witcher 3. I was deeply saddened when I heard of his passing earlier this year.
