Using dialog voice from Witcher 3

A translation in French with Voice and Text.

Thanks to wiggolp for his mod and Pistacho for his job on text translation

Thanks also to rmemr for his support when needed.

Be aware that some dialog lines are hardcoded in the mod and can not be changed (not in the translation file) but call some Vanilla existing lines.

This can seems sometime strange, but sorry, i can not do anything.
