📋 About This Mod
A compatibility patch for lilu_dev´s Food Rebalance Redux and Brothers in Arms. It also includes some fixes to the original mod and some optional personal tweaks.
Compatibility Patch for lilu_dev's "Food Rebalance for W3EE Redux" and Brothers in Arms - Ultimate Edition. Includes fixes and optional tweaks.
I took the liberty of making a few fixes to the original mod:
-
[]Changed back some descriptions from "food" to "drink":
I noticed that all the drinks on Food Rebalance use the "food" description instead of the new W3EE Redux "drink" description (which translates to all drinks saying they regenerate Vitality when they all regenerate Stamina instead). That's fixed and should now work as intended.[/
]
-
[]Changed back Container tags from "Alchemy" to "Crafting":
Some items like the empty bottles and bomb casings sometimes did not work as intended due to mislabeling them as normal Alchemy ingredients instead of Crafting ingredients (a type of ingredient set by W3EE Redux to use them as containers instead of normal ingredients). That's fixed and should now work as intended.[/
]
-
[]Fixed the Bleeding Effect and Poison Damage not working correctly:
W3EE Redux Overhauls how these effects work, but for some reason the mod was using the original vanilla codes for those. That's fixed and should now work as intended.[/
]
-
[]Changed the Category (Quality) of Recipes whose dish had also changed Category:
In the original mod some dishes were downgraded (e.g. from Rare to Uncommon), or upgraded (e.g. from Rare to Relic) but that change was not reflected on their recipes. That's fixed and should now work as intended.[/
]Optional Tweaks:
I made some changes to the mod according to my own preferences and put them in a separate optional file.
Here are the changes:
-
[]Increased the cost of some Recipes according to the Quality of their dish:
It didn't make sense to me that a recipe for Relic food would cost the same as a recipe for Rare or Common food, so I increased their costs accordingly:[/
]
Uncommon Recipe = 5 10
Rare Recipe = 5 20
Relic Recipe = 5 30
[*]Removed Max Vitality & Max Stamina bounuses, and compensated with
