All-in-One RT Performance Tweaks

I have collected the best optimization tweaks and mods to improve the performance of Witcher 3 with Next Gen Raytracing. I have made modifications to ensure compatibility among these mods and also to achieve the greatest possible performance boost without significant loss of ray tracing quality. Additionally, I have ensured that none of these modifications interfere with the changes made to graphic settings from the game menu (except for the RT setting). Therefore, you can freely adjust other in-game graphic settings as per your preference

Version 3. 2

Added 0_TW3_BetterMultiCoreUsage_NoLimit.ini to enhance CPU thread utilization ( If you don’t notice any difference or experience a performance regression, simply delete this .ini file) and also to let you know that RTXGI Unlocker has been updated to the latest 4. 04c game patch. Now, AiO RT Tweaks should function as intended, delivering significantly better performance.

- For Nvidia RTX users: use latest DLSS 4. 0 dll, DLSS settings set to: Performance, you have to use Nvidia App to select latest DLSS support (DLSS 4. 0) or just download and replace latest DLSS dll in x64_dx12 folder or use instead DLSS Swapper, here is more about it. With DLSS 4. 0 Performance looks much better then DLSS 3. 0 Quality and even have better overall performance.

1) Unpack "AiO RT Tweaks v. 3. 2 - Ultra/Ultra Plus Performance.zip"  and Copy all ini files:
