Negotiator Partial Perk Rework

Description

Negotiator is sort of meant for someone who helps their companions and people in general. Not just a charmer or out for their own team leader exclusively. That being said, I know it comes with needing Leadership of 9, but I will instead being giving it a more Speech oriented effect because companion ability recharging kind of already goes to the Heroic trait. And, it bumping up your Reputation is honestly a really great benefit IF THERE WAS MORE THAN THREE GODDAMN FACTIONS IN GAME. }:( 

Anyways, so I went in and tried something new. It has to work with people, and I didn't want the effect to be something already in game. No new prices from vendors, no extra damage on top, no to combat effects. So, what can I do? You WIN a prize! You get a prize, and you get a prize, and you get a prize! Free prizes for everybody!!! Yayyyyyyyyyy!!!!

After exiting a conversation with someone, you get a random item once a day. Could be a grenade, ammo, resource, dolla dollar bills?! Could even be that hug you were promised as a kid but never got!!! No weapons though. Too OP.

You do still get the increased bonus from reputation though. But, no companion ability recharge increase.

Descripiton: "You immediately become Exalted with every faction that doesn't already dislike you, including ones you meet later. Each new person you talk to also hands you a random item.
