Keen Observer Perk Rework

Description

Reworks the Keen Observer perk into a stealth tool. Own Keen Observer and empty your magazine — firing your gun completely dry instantly cloaks you with the game's Camouflaged effect. Break line of sight, reposition, or slip away the moment your clip runs out. The perk's in-game description is updated to match.

Installation instructions

Requires UE4SS for The Outer Worlds 2.

Extract the archive so the "Arkansas" folder merges into your game install.

STEAM: Arkansas\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\KeenObserverMagInvis\ and Arkansas\Content\Paks~mods\

GAME PASS: same paks path; for the Lua mod use "WinGDK" instead of "Win64".

The empty enabled.txt loads the mod. Delete the KeenObserverMagInvis folder and the KeenObserverDesc_P files to uninstall.

Main features

[]Empty-magazine reload → turn invisible (Camouflaged), instantly instead of increased weakspot damage when crouched and not moving, which to me always felt kind of boring to be one of the few perks the Observation skill gets. [/]
