Zyranium Powered Perk Rework

Description

Vanilla Zyranium Powered only gave you faster energy recharge from Zyranium poisoning, which to me makes Rapid Recharge kind of just a better version of the base game perk as it doesn't have a first perk cost to get it and doesn't require you get a negative status effect to get any work out of it. This rework turns Zyranium into a real weapon: when you're badly wounded, your body erupts in deadly Zyranium. You damage enemies who are close to you from the gas, and are invincible from damage as long as you stay within Zyranium. The only issue being that you now have to worry about building up lethal doses of toxins instead of your traditional health bar.

It pairs naturally with Zyranium Absorption, which lets you stay in Zyranium longer and not be afflicted by it after leaving you cloud. Effect pops at 50% health.
