Survivalist Partial Rework

Description

I never thought, "Damn, you know what I need more of? Fucking food. That's what I need. Raw food, too." 

Survivalist just allows every creature you kill to have meat you can pick up and eat. And, all I can think is how lame that is as a perk. So, let's do something to give it an actual in-combat effect to spice it up just a tad. These perks I'd be working on for months as this game is not easy to mod through. I just figured I'd release them instead of keeping them for myself. Anyways, all it does is after you kill something, you are briefly invulnerable. Now, I did give Zyranium Powered a similar effect. But, they are pretty different. I think of them as opposites. Zyranium Powered you have a longer lasting inability to take damage, but you basically have almost no control on when you get hit by Zyranium unless you use finite Zyranium grenades. It's not something you can use whenever. Survivalist, though, lets you kill someone and immediately take the advantage or fall back. You can shoot someone, become invulnerable, then run in to take someone else down as low health as possible, or play it safe to make a run for it and heal or get to cover.  

You still get to pick up meat. That's unchanged.
