Zero weight for all structural parts.
I was looking at structural parts how they add weight but do not give any benefits. No more, this mods removes weight from cosmetic parts. There are mods that add hull strength so cosmetic parts are not just cosmetics, but I didn't feel like making stuff even stronger.
The difference? It can be anything or nothing depending on your ship. Probably not a huge change but oh well, now you have the option.
