Features :
- This mod affects random generation of NEW recruitable unnamed specialist characters. It doesn't create anything, but maximizes phenotype variety that vanilla could actually give to specialist recruits. The characters that will appear include 500 preexisting phenotypes from vanilla usual recruitable specialist crew, random citizens, security agents, Marines, Rangers, Ecliptic, First, Va'ruun, Starborn, Crimson Fleet and Spacers. (Therefore some recruits will look badass, and some will even have Red Devil eyes). It doesn't include any Named NPC phenotype, children or random crowd (the 'less well made' ones in the street).( : phenotype = face and body proportions of a character)
