They can be Crafted in the Industrial workbench.
The armor has no morphs so please use 0 weight to avoid clipping.
Paradiso Security Guards Armor and name Replacer.
Only Takes effect if you have not visited Paradiso, if you have already visited you need to go NG+ or start a new game.

Add StarWarsShoretrooper.esm to the Plugin.txt in C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Starfield\Plugins.txt
and *StarWarsShoretrooperParadiso.esm if you use the optional file
