It can be Crafted in the Industrial workbench.
It is an Spacesuit not clothes!!!
The Cape Physics are not that good since I have no base mesh with a long cape to steal the physics from,
because of that I have added an alternate version without the cape as craftable.
The armor has no morphs so please use 0 weight to avoid clipping.
NOT recommended
Add *StarWarsVader.esm to the Plugin.txt in C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Starfield\Plugins.txt
Extract the zip file to "%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Starfield\"
Make a "StarfieldCustom.ini" or edit if it already exist in the same folder with the following:
