As always, thank you everyone for the awesome support. This is my first real mod and it's incredibly heartwarming to see so many people enjoying it!
Things of Note:
If you happen to see that mannequins in the Airlock habs haven't disappeared and are blocking a doorway/Window, reloading the game should solve the issue.
If you update the mod and experience missing habs, uninstall the mod and reinstall an older version. Replace the Gtech habs in game with vanilla habs. Then update your game. I believe this is due to changing the Master file from a medium master, to a large master.
