Patches the spawn rate of clutter in random storage containers from the mod Bedlam.
Recently learned Bedlam was the mod that was adding all the random items into containers. This patch disables that gameplay setting in Bedlam. You can still enable it, but now the default value is Disabled (no added clutter).
