Encounters- a GRiNDTerra Mod

Adds the ability for new NPC encounters to randomly spawn in between POI or in the wilderness!

Each encounter can only spawn once per map, and there are certain restrictions for some encounters. (If the Biome supports life, or Faction Ownership etc.)

Encounters can have Friendly, Neutral, Enemy or no NPCs at all!

Some encounters may or may not have loot. Loot has been randomized and given a 50% chance to spawn!

Gameplay option to turn off encounters when you need a break!

The encounters are added in their own separate spawning system, meaning it is compatible with every mod!*

There is one encounter where there is a 50-50 chance of the encounter failing and killing itself. I find this hilarious and not an issue.

Clipping or weird elevation. Since the encounters spawn randomly, there is a chance they will clip into terrain or will seem oddly elevated.

NPCs May clip through some parts if stuck. Be patient and let the NPC AI do what it needs to do if stuck.

Since they spawn randomly it is possible for an encounter to spawn near POI or quests.

Battle zones won’t trigger until everything loads in.

Shattered Space Expansion

Adds 10 randomized encounters into the Encounters Pool! Must complete the first mission of the Shattered Space Story Line to unlock all encounters! DO NOT USE WITH RPES! (Use RPES SS Expansion)

There are certain encounters (They glow) that could cause issues if you have any epileptic/other known ailments that could be triggered by flashing lights or over stimulation. This warning should already have been shown by BGS, both in base game and Shattered Space, but want to make extra effort just in case! Safety First!
