Rita Noble knows perfectly well that she's drop-dead gorgeous.  Mirrors don't lie, and she has no delusions about what she sees in a reflection.  But even if she was silly enough to not believe her own eyes, she can't ignore what she hears all the time from family and friends.  Even as a child, and especially now that she's become a curvaceous young adult, she's constantly being told that she's the spitting image of her glamorous mother.  Some say that she's her mother's younger Doppelganger.  (They're correct, by the way.)

I know what you must be thinking, gentle reader.  "Beauty is as beauty does."  Right?

Not always, and not in Rita's case.

Although you might expect Rita Noble to be a spoiled Diva, a pampered socialite, a simple-headed bit of arm candy, you'd be wrong if you do.  You see, Rita is that one-in-a-million young woman who makes dreams come true.  Raised by loving-but-strict parents, she is so well adjusted and kind-hearted that she isn't trading upon her fabulous looks to get ahead.  Surprised?  How about this one: although her family is well-to-do and socializes with gentry and nobility alike, Rita isn't interested in becoming a member of the idle rich.  It's true.  Made of sterner stuff, Rita is interested in slaying bandits, killing dragons, and rescuing the weak from oppressive tyrants.

Of course, she looks positively ravishing in a dress, hose, and 'heels.  And she has a particular weakness for collecting stiletto-heeled shoes and boots.  But she won't turn up her perfect little nose over a pair of flat-heeled shoes.  Nor will she whine if all she has to wear are mismatched pieces of looted armor.  Definitely not a Diva....

Here's another fun fact: Rita is dying to meet the Dragonborn.  In her heart of hearts she wants the Dragonborn to sweep away and take her on a life of adventure and romance.  That's why she spends most of her time at the Blue Palace, in Solitude.  Everyone who is anyone eventually goes to the Blue Palace, right?
