Real Branded Drinks Mod

Description

This mod adds several additional real-world soda brands to the game, expanding the selection introduced in Drink Pack Version 1. Since Retro Rewind takes place in 1990, I wanted the branding to be as period-accurate as possible. To stay true to the game's setting, I primarily used logos and packaging designs from 1989 and the early part of 1990 whenever suitable references were available.

One of the featured additions in Version 2 is Mountain Dew Dry Ginger, a Japan-exclusive soft drink that was available for a limited time. While it was never officially released outside of Japan, it was introduced during the same era and adds a unique international beverage to the collection while remaining faithful to the game's 1990 setting.

Like Version 1, every drink included in this pack has been carefully recreated using era-appropriate references to preserve the look and feel of early-1990 beverage branding. My goal is to make each soda feel like it naturally belongs in the world of Retro Rewind.

With Version 2 of the Drink Pack. It is fully compatible with Version 1, and both packs can be installed together and mixed and matched, allowing you to customize your vending machines with an even larger selection of authentic period-inspired beverages.

The goal of this mod is to blend real-world soda branding with the nostalgic atmosphere of Retro Rewind while remaining respectful of the game's 1990 setting. Every effort was made to use era-appropriate designs and references to create an experience that feels authentic to the time period while offering players even more variety.

Installation instructions

Extract the file and copy it in :  C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\RetroRewind\RetroRewind\Content\Paks\~mods
