New Releases On Demand

Description

The main thought behind this mod is to give people who use movie mods with hundreds of new releases a chance to see more of those new movies.

Requirements

Doesn't require a new save.

Does require proper installation.

Does require "UE4SS for Retro Rewind", available here on Nexus:

Installation

1. Download and extract "NewReleasesOnDemand"

2. Put the extracted folder into "... RetroRewind\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods"

(optional) 3. Open "... NewReleasesOnDemand\Scripts\main.lua" with an editor to configure the mod.

Configuration

"OverrideReleaseFrequency" allows to adjust the frequency. Change to "false" if you want to keep it vanilla.

"ReleaseFrequency" decides how many days need to pass before a release day can appear.

Example: Setting it to 1 means every eligible day will be a release day. Vanilla ranges from 4 to 5.

"MoviesPerRelease" decides how many new releases will be generated per release day.

"NewReleaseLifecycleDays" does not change the lifecycle of new releases. It only checks after how many days new releases retire. If you're using a mod that extends the life of new releases, adjust this value to whatever that mod changes.
