Four-Channel Version

This version offers every channel but has the greatest performance demand, especially when several TVs display different videos simultaneously.

This mod changes the game’s television channel limit and television media-player setup. Other mods that alter

BP_Television_BASEor the same television assets may conflict.

Every available channel maintains its own media playback. More channels and more televisions displaying different videos will require additional system resources. If the ten-channel version performs poorly, try the seven- or four-channel edition.

Requirements

UE4SS must be installed and working before installing this mod.

Installation

• []Choose only one version. Do not install multiple channel tiers together. [/]

  []Download the four, seven, or ten channel version.[/]

  []Extract the mod into your game directory folder.

Adding Your Own Movies

Close the game and open:

RetroRewind\Content\Movies\VHSEach supported category has its own folder. Back up the original MP4, then replace it with a compatible MP4 using exactly the required filename:

Action Filename Exception

Both the Action and Adult folders use a video named:

RR_Channel_Adult.mp4This is how the game’s original media sources are configured. Do not rename the Action video to

RR_Channel_Action.mp4.

They remain separate videos because they are stored in different folders:

Only categories supported by your selected tier will appear as television channels.

Troubleshooting

The game crashes during startup or channel switching stops working

The most likely cause is that more than one channel tier is installed. Check both the UE4SS

Modsfolder and

Content\Paks\~mods, then remove every channel version except the one you intend to use.

Only the original three channels appear

Confirm that:

RetroRewind\Content\Paks\~mods.[/]

[]The matching UE4SS mod folder is inside

RetroRewind\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods.[/]
