Expedition Whistle Fix

Hear the departure whistle when you send your Pals on an expedition with a controller.

Palworld's controller shortcut can start an expedition without passing through the button callback that plays its departure sound. Expedition Whistle Fix restores that existing callback when the normal mission-start check succeeds.

  Manual installation

  Close Palworld. Extract the ZIP's Pal folder into the game folder beside Palworld.exe. The file should be at:

  Pal/Content/Paks/~mods/ExpeditionControllerWhistle_P.pakRestart the game. To remove the mod, close the game and remove that PAK. No save editing is needed.

  Compatibility

  Replaces the outer expedition menu, WBP_PalExpedition. Another mod replacing that same asset will conflict. Recheck after game updates affecting the expedition screen.

  Tested on Windows Steam with controller input. Controller departure audio has been confirmed in game. Other platforms and multiplayer are unverified.
