A sensible new job for Rushoar.

Give the little boar a useful new job: producing leather at the Ranch. Sensible Ranching adds Farming suitability to Rushoar so it can supply leather while you build, craft and explore.

What it does

• []Adds Farming suitability 1 and leather production to normal and Alpha Rushoar.[/]

  []Uses Rushoar's native animations and the game's existing leather-production groups.[/]

  []Keeps Surfent and every other Pal unchanged.[/]

  []Preserves all capture/defeat drops, riding, mining, combat and partner abilities.[/]

  Production timing, work speed and shared drop tables are unchanged.

  Using the mod

  Assign a Rushoar to a Ranch and let it work. If a Pal already at your base retains its old assignment, return it to the Palbox and redeploy it. Rushoar already drops leather when captured or defeated; those drops remain unchanged.

  Requirements and compatibility

  Requires compatible Palworld UE4SS and PalSchema. Tested on Windows/Steam in local single-player with Palworld 1. 0. 5, PalSchema 0. 6. 71 and UE4SS 2281fa31.

  Ordinary Rushoar was tested through repeated leather-production cycles with normal movement between them. Alpha Rushoar and higher production ranks are configured but have not been individually playtested. Multiplayer, dedicated servers, Game Pass and Linux/Proton have not been validated.

  Other mods editing Rushoar's Farming, ranch action or ranch drops may conflict.

  Installation

  • []Save and fully close Palworld.[/]

    []Install compatible Palworld UE4SS and PalSchema following their authors' guides.[/]

    []Extract the main download into the Palworld game folder containing Palworld.exe. Allow the Pal folders to merge.[/]

    []Confirm the two JSON files are inside Pal/Binaries/Win64/ue4ss/Mods/PalSchema/mods/RushoarLeatherRanch.[/]

    []Launch and assign Rushoar to a Ranch.[/]

    Use one installation route. Do not combine manual UE4SS with Workshop UE4SS, or install both versions of this mod.

    Uninstallation

    Save and close the game, remove only RushoarLeatherRanch from your PalSchema/mods folder, and restart. Redeploy affected Rushoar if an old assignment needs refreshing.
