If any house upgrades have already been purchased, the mod is best plugged in while in another cell (not in IC Waterfront). Otherwise, not all changes made by the mod will be applied (As of version 1. 1, it doesn't matter if the upgrades were buy or not, if the cell was visited or not. In any case, the mod should work correctly).

Before installing the mod, take all the items from the drawers and cupboards (the items in the chest can be left out). Also pick up any items placed around the house by you personally, if any. Take items from display cases (if you used the previous version of the mod).
