📋 About This Mod
What the mod does:
-
[]the rooms on the top floor are now integrated into a single space in the house, without loading screens
[
]the interior of the rooms has been redone[]added enchantment and spellcrafting altars (there's an alternate version without the altars, too)
[]added a lot of storage space
[]added a treasure room with lots of display cases and shelves (for those who like to exhibit collections)
[]added a basement for various junk (unfortunately, through the loading screen)
There are a couple of treasure caches in the house. Statues will help you find one of them. There's nothing special in the hiding places, just a few treasures to offset the cost of the house a little bit (although probably more for moral pleasure) :)
Many shelves are specially left empty, they can be filled to your taste using mod Precise Item Placement - Easy Object Manipulation
All changes are tied to purchased home upgrades and will appear as upgrades are purchased (the quest with buying a house in Chorrol will be completed correctly).
Important!
-
[]Before installing the mod, take all the things from the drawers and chests (and in general ALL the things, including those scattered in different places in the house), if you used this house before installing the mod.

A compact interior overhaul for Arborwatch, the player home in Chorrol, adding extra storage and display cases to justify its price. With 64 endorsements and 6,119 downloads, it's a niche improvement for Oblivion players who want more functional space in their home.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid download-to-endorsement ratio (6,119 downloads, 64 endorsements) shows it's being used
- Fills a real gap—Arborwatch is pricey but lacks storage, so this mod directly addresses that
- Small, focused change that won't bloat your load order
⚠️ Cons
- Only 64 endorsements—it's a niche mod, so don't expect a huge community following
- No screenshots or detailed description, so you're going in blind on the visual changes
- Potential conflicts with other mods that alter Arborwatch's interior—check your load order
For Oblivion players who bought Arborwatch and felt ripped off by the lack of storage. If you're a hoarder who needs more chests and display space, this is a quick fix. Skip if you're happy with your current home or want major overhauls—this is purely functional.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a simple file drop, just extract the mod into your Oblivion Data folder and enable it in the launcher.
- If you use a mod manager like Wrye Bash or OBMM, install it through that to keep track of conflicts.
- Check if you have other mods that modify Chorrol or Arborwatch—load order matters to avoid overwriting changes.
