Eli's Waterfront Shack Overhaul

Hi. If you don't know me, I'm Eli. I make homes. Lots of them. Tiny ones. This is one of those.

Mod overhauls the Waterfront Shack in the Imperial City.

:: GOOD TO KNOW ::

A few of the decoration items don't seem to get enabled unless you buy the five upgrades from Sergius Verus at Three Brothers Trade Goods. Mostly all the stuff is NOT LINKED to purchases and will appear as soon as you enter the house for the first time.

It is the early days of Oblivion Remastered modding, so always make backups of your saves before trying to new mods, and use caution when installing mods :)

I didn't remove any containers so your stuff should be safe when adding mid-playthrough, BUUUUT you'll want to be cautious and backup those saves before installing this AND it should be understood that if you've already visited this interior before installing the mod, some of the items may persist (cups etc.)

:: FEATURES ::

• TONS OF STORAGE, nonrespawning. It's why I made this in the first place. I like my stuff neat and orderly, thank you. I don't have a hoarding problem, no.

• Lots of clutter. As much as I could cram in. I couldn't figure out how to make them static and behave, so they are not as tight-fitted together as I'd like. If there becomes an easy way to add new forms, I will edit this house then.

• Harvestable garden which should respawn just like the other plants in the game

• No cheats, the alchemy lab is static decoration.

THE CRATE OUTSIDE THE HOME IS NOT SAFE STORAGE IT WILL RESPAWN

:: KNOWN ISSUES ::

IF YOU WANT TO RELOAD THE HOUSE INTERIOR TO TRY AND FIX EXPLODED CLUTTER, DO NOT RELOAD INSIDE THE HOUSE IT WILL CAUSE CLUTTER TO DUPLICATE (FUN TIMES FOR ALL) :D

The round table would not be my first choice of furniture, unfortunately some objects are baked into the Unreal geometry (think precombined meshes in Fallout 4) and I cannot change it, nor the bed, they will always appear as an non interactive copy even if I swap the them out.

Physics will send the clutter flying around a little, I couldn't figure out how to make new forms without it crashing the game upon entering the cell.
