Rosethorn Hall Alternative manor

I like Skingrad, but I don't really like Rosethorn Hall, so I decided to make an alternative manor without affecting the old one.

The door to the new manor is unlocked with a key from Rosethorn Hall, so you'll have to buy it for 25,000.

The house is made in a single space without loading screens, has many containers for storing things, an exhibition hall with displays cases and shelves, as well as a basement.

Many shelves are specially left empty, they can be filled to your taste using mod Precise Item Placement - Easy Object Manipulation

Install:

• []Extract the archive and place RosethornHallAltManor.esp into into your Oblivion Remastered Data directory:

  <Steam folder>\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

  []Open file `plugins.txt` and add the following line at the end:  RosethornHallAltManor.esp

  Compatibility:

  compatible with all mods, even those that change the cell of the original Rosethorn Hall (provided that the coordinates of the location of the house in the cell do not overlap).

  Known issues:

  • []Do not reload a save made in a house while in the same house without first quitting to main menu! Otherwise, the clutter will duplicated, leading to a cluttered home and chaos.

    []Sometimes objects (especially books) fall off the shelves. I can't do anything about it, it's a bug of the game itself. In this case, I can only advise you to loading the previous save before entering the house.
