TES4R Civis Vampire Cure Quest Fix

Fix for Vampire Cure quest inconsistencies, scripts and AS packages of related characters.

Artificial Stupidity

1. Hal-Liurz and Count Hassildor will get stuck behind the door in County's dormitory due to some floor chandelier placed behind the door making you waiting indefinitely in Skingrad Castle County's Hall.

2. Count Hassildor will find and talk to you only in Skingrad Castle County Hall and not in whatever Castle halls you are chilling out.

3. Hal-Liurz will stroll elsewhere at her leisure instead of waiting for you in Skingrad Castle County's Hall after 24h Count's mourning of his beloved wife Rona.

4. Some conditions in HalLiurzScript cannot be executed unless you are near her (same cell for connoisseurs).

5. Even if Hindaril ashes are unique, you can collect them multiple times if you have such patience and desire to wait 3 days for cells to respawn and kill him afterwards.

6. Some script running for nothing for Eyja. "What Eyja has to do with Vampire quest?" I am well aware of that. It runs some script for nothing.

7. Vampire quest is running amok even if you are no longer a vampire (cured of Vampirism) or cured of Porphyric Hemophilia (Vampire Disease).

This mod fixes all above.

Unzip the beast and drop it into:

YourLocation:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

... then add TES4RCivisVampireCureQuestFix.esp to your Plugins.txt
