TES4R Civis Sheep Wander Fix

Fix for sheep and deer wandering in Tiber Septim Hotel or Imperial City.

1. Uuras' ram, deer or buck will no longer get spawn inside Tiber Septim Hotel.

2. Uuras the Sheperd will eat like a human being In Two Sisters Lodge for 2hrs at 20:00. He is very fond of Mog gra-Mogakh despite the fact that she "pampers" him "tree hugger".

3. The gate of the Aleswell' sheepfold will be automatically opened during Sakeepa's herding package so that the poor sheep can follow their Master and Commander. It will automatically close if Sakeepa is having his dinner in Aleswell inn, or during his sleep (usually without Adosi or Urnsi accompanying him).

Unzip the smoked ram into:

... then add TES4RCivisSheepWanderFix.esp to your Plugins.txt
