Arena Rewards Increased

this mod increases the rewards you receive from the arena fights. this includes the title fights (Pit Dog through Grand Champion) and starting in v1. 2. 0, also affects the creature fights once you reach Grand Champion. if you do not want the creature fights leveled gold reward changed, use v1. 1. 0 available from "old files".

after testing extensively on x2 and x5, i can safely say this should "just work" on any version

note that the rewards top out at 65,535 gold in the x100 version at level 14 for a single-creature fight.

i have not tested multi-creature fight rewards. however, the "preview" feature in tescs would imply that this reward stacks:

gold reward cap note: i have not tested multi-creature fight rewards, but whatever the result is (65,535? 196,605 for 3?) doesn't matter, these are the limits enforced by TESCS and leaving them at the limits is probably the best way to avoid weird bugs, so I will be leaving it as-is.
