TES4R Civis Master Trainers Fix

All Master Trainers will be set as Essential i.e. they can no longer be killed. Their corresponding training skills fixed to match the level of training.

Short story long:

1. Irene Metrick, a 44 Blunt trainer should not give you lessons in Blunt as long as your Blunt is at least 70.

It is you who should give her lessons, not vice-versa.

2. Olyn Seran, an Archer has no clue whatsoever what Conjuration means. Changed his class to Wichhunter who has Major in Conjuration.

3. Martina Floria, a Sorcerer cannot train you to mastering Illusion. Illusion is Minor for Sorcerers while for a Trainer Mage it is not.

4. Helvius Cecia, a Rogue has no Major in Hand To Hand. Change his class to Pauper, who have Hand to Hand Major skill.

... and so forth.

As a general rule, all Master trainers will have at least 75 in their Master training skills.

They will also change their clothes on a regular basis so they will no longer stink wearing same shirts, pants or dresses for the rest of your 675. 23 hours of gameplay.

Some of their scripts and AS packages also corrected or tweaked.

Yes, I know, Olav, Caranya, Deetsan or Gruiand Garana are not Master Trainers.

I reinstated some afternoon nap package for Olav (Tap and Tack in Bruma, 33% chance of occurrence) and he will also change his stinking clothes on a regular basis.

Caranya' script tweaked, she will also change her clothes on a regular basis as a Necromancer Hidden Lady she is.

Reinstated Alteration basic training for Deetsan.

UOP changed it to Illusion because Trayvond and Ulrich Leland "heard about it", even if she clearly specifies "I can teach you some basic Alteration skills..." (see screenshot).

I take as real what Deetsan say, not what others think about it.

Gruiand Garana will no longer get killed by Cheydinhal guards, if you steal the bust of Llathasa Indarys in front of her (The Elven Maiden quest), then run outside while she is attacking you. Her Speechcraft skill is set to 57 instead of 17 since Crusaders have no Major in Speechcraft. I didn't change her class, because she has some Major Crusader spells to cast in her inventory.

Global illumination during night improved. The lights will be properly turned on during night (20:00 -> 06:00) and turned off during the day (06:00 -> 20:00).
