Disclaimer
In the game files, Sheogorath’s head is uniquely modeled and does not use the standard facegen system like other NPCs. His hair and facial hair are also handled separately. Because of this, there’s no official way to recreate him one-to-one using the base character creator. This preset aims to get as close as possible using only default character creation sliders, no external mods, plugins, or assets required.
