Everscamps Retaken

This mod allows you to pick up the Staff of the Everscamp again after dropping it during the quest "Whom Gods Annoy".  In addition to that, the scamps will no longer stay at the shrine forever.  Whenever you pick up the staff, the scamps will begin following you again, and if the staff is dropped, they will try to stay near the staff.  This allows the player to have control over whether they want to have the Everscamps following them or not at any given time simply by pickup up, or dropping the staff.

I've also added very basic command creature enchantment to the staff, which is just strong enough to make all of the scamps fight for you temporarily.  This was done to prevent adding a custom enchantment to the staff, which would replace the item with a new version, and break the scamps' AI packages.

Compatible with Fighting Everscamps as long as it's loaded before Everscamps Retaken.

Fighting Everscamps edits the staff's script to reduce the speed penalty during the quest from -20, to -5.  That change will be reverted when using it alongside this mod, and the penalty will remain at -20, but the penalty is removed once you visit the shrine of Sheoegorath in Darkfathom Cave.  Everscamps Retaken edits the staff's script to enable picking up the staff after dropping it, as well as to make sure the scamps will correctly follow the player.
