Better Enchanting gives soul gems significantly more points to work with, increases the "Magical Durability" of enchantments and makes armor enchantments significantly stronger.
Enchanting Values:

these values also apply to recharging enchanted items
MANUAL
1. Unzip the "BetterEnchanting" folder
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data (or wherever your oblivion is installed)
3. Place "BetterEnchanting.esp" in the Data folder we navigated to on step 2
4. In this same "Data" folder holding all the other ESP and BSA files there will be a "Plugins.txt" file. Open it and copy this to the bottom of the list: BetterEnchanting.esp
5. In the top left of the Notepad click "File" and in the dropdown menu click "Save"
The mod should now be activated. Enjoy! :D
(The instructions are the same if you use the CEE adjustment, just different names for the esp/plugin.txt)
