Plugin add in game altar of re-enchanting.
It is possible to add new enchantment.
It is possible to replace old enchantment.
Because the altar uses only enchanted items for the work.
The altar is in Imperial City Arboretum.

If the new enchantable already contains three effects, you cannot unite it with the old.
