X-Class upgrades can be really good, better than S-Class, but more often than not.
This module can obtain the perfect X-Class upgrade modules with 100% chance.
These upgrades do not give you better seed values; they change what the seed values mean. That means if you uninstall the mod, your upgrades will go back down to normal levels.
I also made the same adjustments to some technologies that don't have X upgrade modules, in addition to all X upgrade modules.
This mod alters the procedural technology table, so it is likely to conflict with a lot of other mods.
