This is a simple mesh and texture replacer that gives the default bodies anatomically correct appendages, based on GW71 Nude Adults Only by Ghostwalker71 (thank you!). WIll work on Fallout 3 as well, I believe. Didn't test, but I think the file structure is the same.
No DLC required. Pretty much plug-and-play. Har har.
★ WHAT ★
As usual, when it comes to this sort of mod, making everyone happy would just be impossible. Therefore, I've included several optionals in the download plus a readme file. By default, the mod uses the full-nude meshes: naked for females and soft/uncut for males. In the optionals folder I'm including nude, underwear, bottomless and topless versions for females, and nude, underwear, soft/uncut, soft/cut and erect for males, alongside instructions for installation.
The underwear version included is based on this mod that someone with too much free time on their hands made.
The new appendages are static. Won't bounce or anything, sorry. But if you want them to wiggle around, Ghostwalker71's mod has support for that.

The download is organized into clearly-named folders for easy choice. The Core, Base Game folder is evidently the one you should start with. An optional folder for topless male pajamas is included, based on micalov's mod (thank you!). Feel free to skip that
