📋 About This Mod
This mod replaces all terminal desk models (Yes including the trap variant)
Yes it's animated
this model is based on Andrew Gebert's fantastic remake, but more optimized for a game like new vegas, although it's still very high quality, my take on it uses only 2 texture sets, one for the screen and the other for the terminal. the screen being 1k resolution for it's diffuse and normal, and 2k for the terminal
"How does this mod differ from the already existing mod using the same base model Prime Terminals?"
As mentioned above this one covers all desk variants, where as prime terminals does not
it's also way more optimized. for it's textures, prime terminals uses 31 4k texture sheets across it's variants for a simple terminal.
this one uses 7 texture sheets for its base terminal with varying resolutions.
on the mesh side this one is 10. 5k Triangles, and 2 NiTriStrips, and prime terminals is 45. 9k triangles, and 7 NiTriShapes
no shame on any authors, everyone who makes mods is learning as well as having fun.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge download count (590k) shows it's a go-to for many players
- Simple model replacement – no gameplay changes, just better-looking terminals
- Last updated in January 2024, so it's relatively recent
⚠️ Cons
- Description is bare-bones – no details on which terminals are affected or installation steps
- No screenshots or images provided in the description, so you can't preview the changes
- Potential compatibility issues with other mods that alter terminal models – no compatibility notes
For Fallout 4 players who want a quick visual upgrade to terminals without messing with gameplay. If you're a texture junkie or just tired of the vanilla look, this is a low-risk addition. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes – this is purely cosmetic.
