📋 About This Mod
Edited Type 4 body and armor meshes to make outfits more modest and less of a "tiddies out" look. Replaces the default female body mesh with more covering underwear that matches the vanilla look and covers up cleavage on other meshes that were very open in the original mod. Also adds panty meshes to some of the armors where you are able to look up the skirt.
I didn't fix some of the outfits as they've already been done by jellyhead (Type 4 - Alternative Outfits). I've now done some of the same meshes but I still recommend checking out their mod too for some alternative options.
Requires the original Type 4 Body mod by junkacc11.
For TTW, copy the meshes (not the plugin) from the Fo3 version of Type 4 Body into your data folder and allow my files to overwrite. Otherwise some of the DLC meshes will still be vanilla!

With 2,484 endorsements and nearly 700k downloads, it's a popular choice for players seeking a more conservative look. Last updated in 2023, it remains a stable option for those who prefer the Type 4 body.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust (2,484 endorsements, 694k downloads) — this is a proven mod.
- Gives you a more conservative look without sacrificing the Type 4 body's quality.
- Simple cosmetic swap — no gameplay changes, just visual variety.
⚠️ Cons
- Only works with the Type 4 body — if you use a different body mod, this won't apply.
- Last updated in 2023 — might not be compatible with the latest game patches, though it's likely fine for most setups.
For players who use the Type 4 body and want a more modest look for their character and armor. If you're tired of skimpy outfits and prefer a more covered appearance, this is a straightforward fix. Skip if you don't use Type 4 or want gameplay changes — this is purely cosmetic.
💡 Beginner Tips

- Use a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 to avoid overwriting files manually.
- If you're on a version of the game that's been updated recently, check the mod's comments for any compatibility reports.
