This mod is no longer supported
This mod will change the mojave into a sandy desert by retexturing landscape and grasses. I've also included landscape LOD files. The new update does remove some of the trees to make the wasteland look more barren and dead. I've also edited the landscape around Camp Golf; removed the green landscape colors and grasses and replaced them by new desert textures and grasses, will make this place look alot better than before.
It is also highly recommend to use NMCs_Texture_Pack_For_New_Vegas and its Washed Out Wasteland addon, since the terrain LOD was build with those files installed.
You should also generate new distant LOD with FNVLodGen, or even better, xLodGen by sheson.

Install this mods and run LodGen afterwards.
Download manually or with NMM and install with a mod manager of your choice: NMM, FOMM or Mod Organizer.
For uninstalling simply deactivate/delete the file in your mod manager.
This should pretty much work with any other texture mod as long as you install this mod last. Not sure how this will look with Wasteland Flora Overhaul, since I don't use all parts of that mod (only some textures), so the look may vary from my screenshots.
