📋 About This Mod
So as it turns, out, a certain method of upscaling (the same method used for Vanilla Loading Screens HD, which that page explains) works really nicely on most of the posters found in the game. The result is a crisp image without any of the ugliness caused by sharpening. Extra work was needed to keep the alpha (transparency) intact.
(Screenshots would be nice as I've completely forgotten where some of these are.)

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust (3,806 endorsements) and over 400k downloads — this is a proven mod
- 2x upscaling without blur or sharpening means textures look crisp without looking artificial
- Lightweight and safe — just texture files, no plugin conflicts or script lag
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2019 — might not cover newer DLC or Creation Club content
- Only affects posters and graffiti — if you want other textures upscaled, you'll need additional mods
- No preview images or detailed install guide in the description — you're on your own for installation
For Fallout 4 players who want to enhance the visual clarity of the wasteland's environmental storytelling without overhauling the entire game. If you're a screenshot enthusiast or just tired of blurry posters, this is a quick win. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or a full texture overhaul — this is purely cosmetic and focused.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since this is a texture-only mod, you can install it manually by dropping the files into your Data folder, but using a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 makes it easier to uninstall later.
- If you're using other texture mods that touch posters or graffiti, load this one after them to ensure it takes priority.
- Check the mod's file structure — if it includes .ba2 archives, you'll need to place them in the Data folder and ensure they're enabled in your load order.
