OVERVIEW

NVSE plugin which adds pseudo-animated clouds for horizons and panoramic cloud systems.

An essential plugin for when playing with Desert Natural WeathersTrue Weathers TTW or vanilla Tale of Two Wastelands.

You must bring your own clouds. FNV and TTW both have horizon clouds however, which this mod animates.

This mod rotates cloud layers based on noise and configured settings. The default settings are configured for TTW True Weathers TTW.

There is an optional menu in ReShade to test settings in-game.
