Optional console command in-game that removes the pre-war money. Pre-war money defaults to on.
To turn off the pre-war money:
Open the console (~ key), type "set prewarcash to 0" without quotes, enter. (~ key) again to close console.
To turn on the pre-war money:
Open the console (~ key), type "set prewarcash to 1" without quotes, enter. (~ key) again to close console.
