📋 About This Mod
This just switches some Telvanni statics (Like the docks) from the rough, bark looking texture back to the original smooth yellow texture.
Apparently this texture glitch happens as a result of resource conflicts from the expansion packs. This fix is obsolete since it's already been covered (along with various other fixes) in mods, such as:

I suppose I'll leave this up in case anyone wants it by itself. But I REALLY recommend downloading "Expansion Resource Conflicts" for a more effective fix since if you use this one, the Spriggan heartwood ingredient will use the same yellowish texture as these statics.
