puts one of my characters into the game. is a functional and complete mod, but mostly just a test uploaded for access/posterity

puts one of my characters (ned) into the game just to test out morrowinds modding system. i have no intents on anyone outside of its audience playing this (though anyone can), just uploading it here for easy access
he can be found in vivec foreign quarter's lower waistworks. hes not a follower, hes just someone to chat with, and he has a LOT of dialogue (almost 200 dialogue topics total, with thrice that many actual lines), as well as offering some very very modest unique items of little practical use.
he is 95% lore friendly, though you may notice he talks with an extremely modern, heavily east coast dialect which may be immersion breaking. he is also very opinionated and might be rude to your character. he swears A LOT. and its real life swear words. be warned.
this is version 1. 0 of the mod. ive tested as much as i can but i cant guarantee theres no issues anywhere
