Vivec Canal Candles

I'm not sure where I got the idea for this, I was just playing around in the construction set one day and thought it might look pretty. I think they look especially pretty at night if you look out toward the temple and the sea. These candles are stationary and do not float or travel through the water.

!WARNING! If you use Dynamic Ripples in MGE XE and look closely at the candles (like swimming up to them) they will look like they are floating just above the water. I couldn't figure out a way around this, but turning Dynamic Ripples to a lower value seems to help.

-I am not aware of any major conflicts (Other than my mod Vivec Canal Lanterns) It should work with most mods but let me know if anything strange happens!

-If you use a mod like Boats by abot, boats going through the canal will likely just go through the candles (I haven't used this mod in a while but I'm almost certain they will not get stuck on the candles or anything.) Let me know if I'm wrong (:

I probably will not be adding anything else to this mod. Before you ask, just be aware of that.
