Spellcasters Shout Spell Names (OpenMW)

Makes NPCs (and certain creatures) "shout" the name of the spell they're trying to cast by showing a simple message. The mod doesn't really serve any meaningful purpose, but it does add a bit of flavor to enemy spellcasters and lets you know that the spell they're trying to hit you with is actually dangerous. Can also be used to see just how dumb the enemy AI can be. Works with any spells, scrolls and items with an On Use enchantment.

  Issues/Limitations:

At the moment, OpenMW doesn't have a direct way of checking if an actor is casting a spell (that I know of). The way this mod handles spellcast detection is by monitoring if an actor is using a spellcasting animations. In my testing, this is perfectly reliable when it comes to NPCs, but not so much when it comes to creatures, and as such only specific, whitelisted creatures are supported. These include: Dagoth Ur, Vivec, Almalexia, Golden Saints, Dremora, Dremora Lord, all Ash Vampires. Feel free to request more supported creatures in the comments.
